![]() Students with LOEP placement test scores that are more than two (2) years old and who have never registered for classes are required to retest. Under certain circumstances, students may be eligible for additional retesting within a 12-month period with a recommendation from an Associate Dean of EAP.A retest fee is charged for all retest attempts after the initial test attempt.Time restarts for LOEP testing eligibility one year after the initial test date, not the retest date.Students must wait a minimum of 1 day to retest after their initial attempt.Students are entitled to retest no more than one (1) time provided it is within 12 months of the initial test date. Tests and sections covered by this policy: ESL Reading Skills, ESL Listening, ESL Language Use, and NG QAS are untimed.The writing sample is graded by a faculty reader. Check with your institution about the specific ACCUPLACER ESL (LOEP) test sequence they require. It may differ from the ACCUPLACER ESL version required by another institution. Note: BC administers an ACCUPLACER ESL (LOEP) test sequence specifically designed for BC students.
